Who am I?

What’s my story?
My passion and curiosity for organizational structure and leadership has kept growing since I finished my MSc. in Change Management. Through great dedication to research and writing, I have developed a keen understanding for the business field itself, although I am always intent on learning more and seeing challenges from new perspectives.

I have had the great pleasure of spending many years on different continents, giving me invaluable insight into the affects of cultural differences in communication, leadership strategies and interpersonal relationships, which has shaped a lot of my writing. Simultaneously, it gave me treasured experiences in networking across cultural barriers and professional fields, with an important focus on transparency

My writing and research is influenced by the challenges that I feel are most relevant in today’s business world, including (but not limited to) communication issues, cultural barriers and transparency. I believe these are paramount in any organization, and can also be the most tricky to overcome.
